Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Defined terms appear throughout this document and are to be interpreted consistently in accordance with the definitions provided in this clause.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the awtoto platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. awtoto strictly prohibits access by minors and enforces age verification through mandatory KYC procedures.
• Jurisdictional Eligibility: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services is not prohibited. Players primarily based in the Republic of Indonesia are permitted to use the platform; however, each user is solely responsible for determining whether their personal participation is lawful under applicable local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on awtoto. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP), subject to financial sanctions, or a resident of any jurisdiction in which awtoto has elected not to offer services, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, France, and any jurisdiction subject to international gaming licensing exclusion lists.
• Personal Use Only: You are registering and using the platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organized gambling syndicate.

Account Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the account registration process. By submitting a registration, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Accuracy of Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. You are required to provide your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. awtoto will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
3. Password Requirements: Your password must meet awtoto's minimum security requirements as displayed during registration. We recommend using a unique password not shared with any other online service.
4. Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify awtoto immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorized access to your account has occurred. Prompt notification limits your liability for transactions made before awtoto could take protective action.
5. Account Ownership: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person. Winnings accumulated in an account may only be withdrawn to payment methods registered in the verified account holder's name.

KYC Verification

awtoto is required by its international licensing conditions to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures for all registered users. The following provisions govern the KYC process:

• Mandatory Verification: All users must complete KYC verification before withdrawal privileges are enabled. awtoto reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during a user's lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, during routine audit reviews, or when suspicious activity is detected.
• Required Documents for Indonesian Players: Standard KYC documentation for Indonesian residents includes: (a) a clear photograph or digital scan of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP); (b) a selfie photograph of the account holder holding the KTP alongside their face; and (c) if requested, proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot) confirming the account holder's name matches the registered payment details.
• Processing Time: Standard KYC applications submitted with complete, legible documentation are typically reviewed within 2 to 24 hours during WIB business days. Complex cases or incomplete submissions may require additional time.
• Accuracy and Authenticity: All documents submitted must be genuine and unaltered. Submission of fraudulent, forged, or manipulated documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Data Retention: Verified identity documents are stored securely in accordance with awtoto's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards. Documents are retained for the period required under awtoto's licensing obligations and are never sold or shared with third-party marketers.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the awtoto platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposit and withdrawal activity:

5.1 Deposits

• Accepted Payment Methods: awtoto accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and other major Indonesian banks) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All payment methods must be registered in the verified account holder's legal name.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, although individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.
• Processing Time: Bank transfer and e-wallet deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. In rare cases where technical delays occur, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to appear in your account balance.
• No Currency Conversion Fees: All deposits are processed in Rupiah. awtoto does not charge currency conversion fees or hidden processing charges on deposits.
• Third-Party Deposits Prohibited: You may only deposit funds from payment methods owned and controlled by you personally. Deposits from third-party bank accounts, credit cards not in your name, or business accounts are strictly prohibited and will be refunded.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Eligibility to Withdraw: Withdrawals are only permitted from accounts that have successfully completed KYC verification. The withdrawal destination must be a bank account or e-wallet registered in the verified account holder's name.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, although awtoto reserves the right to process exceptionally large withdrawal requests (above Rp 100,000,000) in installments for operational security reasons.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days, with the majority completed in under 6 hours during WIB business hours. Funds are then transferred to your registered bank account or e-wallet, which may take an additional 1 to 3 business hours depending on the receiving institution's processing speed.
• Wagering Requirements: Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. This anti-money-laundering requirement applies to all deposits. Bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated in the applicable bonus terms.
• Withdrawal Fees: awtoto does not charge withdrawal fees. However, intermediary banks or e-wallet providers may deduct their own processing fees, which are beyond awtoto's control.
• Reversal of Withdrawals: Once a withdrawal has been processed and funds have left awtoto's payment system, the transaction cannot be reversed. Ensure all withdrawal details are correct before submitting your request.

Bonuses & Promotions

awtoto periodically offers bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotional offer:

• Voluntary Participation: Participation in any promotion is entirely voluntary. You are not required to accept a bonus offer and may contact customer support to decline or opt out of promotional offers.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also referred to as turnover requirements or rollover requirements) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated prominently in each promotional offer, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x).
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% to 25%). Full contribution rates are provided in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering a bonus, you may be subject to maximum bet limits (e.g., maximum Rp 50,000 per spin or per hand). Exceeding these limits may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Time Limits: Most bonuses must be wagered within a specified period (e.g., 7 days, 14 days, 30 days) from the date of crediting. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, employing betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in fraudulent activity, will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential legal action.
• Amendment or Withdrawal of Offers: awtoto reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotion being withdrawn, any active bonuses at the time of withdrawal will remain valid until their stated expiry date.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming activity on the awtoto platform is subject to the following rules and conditions:

• Fair Play: All games offered on awtoto use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are subject to regular independent audits to ensure fairness and randomness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages and house edge information are displayed where applicable.
• Game-Specific Rules: Each game type (sports betting, live casino, slots, togel) is governed by its own specific rules, payout structures, and betting limits. These are accessible within the game interface or via the Help section.
• Sports Betting Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing sports body. In cases of postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's standard rules, which are published in awtoto's sportsbook terms.
• Odds Accuracy: awtoto strives to maintain accurate odds at all times. However, in the rare event of an obvious error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), such as incorrect odds displayed due to human or technical error, awtoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Maximum Payouts: Certain game types may be subject to maximum payout limits per bet, per game round, or per day. These limits are stated in the relevant game rules and are designed to manage risk while maintaining the platform's solvency.
• Disconnection Policy: If your connection to the platform is interrupted during active gameplay, all placed bets remain valid and will be settled according to the game outcome. Unresolved rounds can be reviewed in your account history once you reconnect.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the awtoto platform:

1. Fraudulent Activity: Submitting false information, using stolen payment methods, identity theft, forgery of documents, or any other form of fraud.
2. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, sharing account information, or working as part of a syndicate to manipulate outcomes or bonuses.
3. Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder funds from illegal sources or to transfer funds between parties for non-gaming purposes.
4. Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting software bugs or loopholes, or using automated systems to circumvent wagering requirements.
5. Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended by the platform's design.
6. Hacking or Security Breaches: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, awtoto's servers, databases, or any other part of the platform's infrastructure.
7. Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing awtoto staff members, customer support agents, or other users through any communication channel.
8. Underage Access Facilitation: Providing access to the platform or your account to any person under 21 years of age.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the awtoto platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, game designs, audio clips, video content, and compilation of data, is the exclusive property of awtoto or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you any rights to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform's content without express written permission from awtoto.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any software used in the platform's operation.
• Use the awtoto brand name, logo, or any trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on another website without awtoto's explicit consent.

Unauthorized use of awtoto's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action seeking damages and injunctive relief.

Privacy & Data Protection

awtoto is committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

By using the awtoto platform, you consent to:

• The collection of personal information necessary to provide Services, including identity verification data, contact details, payment information, and gameplay history.
• The use of your data for purposes including account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communication of promotional offers (subject to your marketing preferences).
• The storage of your data on secure servers located in jurisdictions that meet international data protection standards.
• The retention of your data for the period required under awtoto's licensing obligations, typically a minimum of 7 years following account closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, awtoto's liability to you is limited as follows:

• No Consequential Damages: awtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
• Maximum Liability Cap: In no event shall awtoto's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Services exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Technical Failures: awtoto is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, including server downtime, network interruptions, software bugs, or third-party payment processing delays, provided that awtoto has taken reasonable steps to maintain the platform's availability and security.
• Force Majeure: awtoto shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, or failures of internet infrastructure.
• Third-Party Content: The platform may contain links to third-party websites or display content from third-party game providers. awtoto is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of such third-party materials.

Suspension & Termination

Both you and awtoto have the right to terminate your account relationship under the following conditions:

12.1 Voluntary Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, awtoto will:

• Process any pending withdrawal requests subject to standard verification and wagering requirements.
• Return any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method within 7 business days.
• Forfeit any active bonuses and promotional balances, as these cannot be withdrawn upon voluntary closure.
• Permanently close your account and disable login access.

12.2 Termination by awtoto

awtoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You have created multiple accounts to abuse promotions or evade restrictions.
• Your account activity triggers anti-money-laundering or security alerts requiring investigation.
• You become subject to legal restrictions that prohibit awtoto from continuing to provide Services to you.

In the event of termination for breach, awtoto reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. If fraud or serious misconduct is confirmed, funds may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to law enforcement.

12.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a break from gaming or are concerned about problem gambling, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which awtoto holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved as follows:

1. Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact awtoto's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
2. Complaint Escalation: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may escalate your complaint to awtoto's compliance department by emailing the contact address provided in Clause 15 below. We will investigate and respond to formal complaints within 14 business days.
3. Alternative Dispute Resolution: If the complaint remains unresolved, you may refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service recognized by awtoto's licensing authority. Contact details for the applicable ADR service will be provided upon request.
4. Arbitration: Any dispute that cannot be resolved through informal resolution, complaint escalation, or ADR shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in awtoto's license jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.

You agree that any legal action related to your use of awtoto must be commenced within one year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this limitation period shall be permanently barred.

Amendments to Terms

awtoto reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
• Notify registered users via email to their registered email address or through an in-platform notification message.
• Provide a reasonable notice period (typically 14 days) before the amended terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Your continued use of the awtoto platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.1.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. awtoto will not be held liable for any failure on your part to review amendments.
